"Keith is an amazing trainer.  He is meticulous about form and technique, which I very, very much appreciate because I have some chronic injuries that I am very concerned about not aggravating.  I have always been active but, with him as my trainer, I have seen my fitness level (both cardio and strength) increase.  In fact, my entire life I have had a goal to do a pull up but have never, ever been able to even come close to doing one.  Keith and I have been working on that and, for the first time in my life, I know I will succeed very soon.  He is also amazing at explaining the physiology of exercises and why we are working on things we’re working on – all laddering up to improved, balanced fitness.  I like to be challenged and he does that, which helps me not only get stronger but builds my confidence in what I’m capable of doing.  I trust his guidance and knowledge implicitly.  Keith is awesome!"  Vaiva V.

"Hi Keith! Little late but wanted to share some appreciation. 

 

Long story short, I decided to do the Chicago Triathlon Sprint a couple weeks ago with only 4 weeks to train. 

 

It went exceedingly well and definitely crediting the kettlebell training I had been doing before then to that fact. 

 

So I wanted to share a big thank you  for your coaching on more kettlebell moves cause I had been doing lots of clean and presses, snatches, and squats that we practiced, which I think translated well for the triathlon training. 

 

I swam in high school but hadn't done it in 17 years. But I was able to jump right back in it cause my shoulders felt real strong. Same thing with the bike, never biked for racing but I feel the squats and swings had my leg strength at a good basis.
